Final confirmation of the menu and number of children must be provided before the party otherwise we will only cater for the number of children booked at the time of booking. A team member will reach out to you to confirm all details on the Tuesday before your party.

What are the supervision and safety requirements?

There will be lifeguards and a party host present, however parents must supervise their children at all times during and after the party. Children under 6 years old must be accompanied by an adult in the water. All children participating must be of reasonable swimming ability. It is the host parent/guardian's responsibility to ensure all children meet these requirements before confirming numbers.

Do adults and spectators need to pay?

Parents hosting the party and adult supervisors do not pay a spectator fee. Any adults who wish to swim must pay the standard entry fee.
